Director, Disabilities Specialist
Gary White is the Director of the Disabled Students Program (DSP) at UCSB. He received his BA in Psychology from Swarthmore College and his MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Santa Barbara. He is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist, and has a private practice in Santa Barbara, working with a range of populations and issues. He also teaches graduate students in Counseling Psychology at the Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria. Gary has worked on campus since 1990, starting at The Women’s Center and most recently, as a Career, Personal, and Group Counselor at Counseling and Career Services. He is excited to be working at DSP.
